Distribution of BC Powers

I too am concerned about the risk that ejections could be used in the context of overzealous moderation.

As long as my vote needs to be cast to expand BC authority to any LC, I’m going to need to see a revamped and far more reasonable RMB moderation policy and then stop seeing overzealous moderation.
I think you would find it was an issue that had been occurring since the start of the election, I supplied you with all of it. It wasn't because I was insulted because trust me, negative opinions mean nothing to me, it was because he refused to learn how to listen. Further more, the other LC's agreed that it had gone on for too long.

Further more the criteria is meant to prevent over zealous moderation. If someone goes over board, they can be removed from position. I would like to point out that even the appointment of CRS members are a risk, and they have way more influence. Giving anyone any sort of power can be a risk and yet it been ages since something has happened. You don't have to appoint any of us, this isn't a request to give us BC powers specifically. This is a request just to implement it. Remember if you don't trust any LC then you didn't have to give it any of them and wait for next terms LC's, you do have that option.

Well if the criteria is intentionally not met, then removal of BC powers would occur along with the possibility of losing position as LC.

Regardless, the intent should be to prevent abuse of Border Control powers in the first place.

Well wouldn't the threat of losing your position as LC help in preventing it from happening?
Not only would it not be an absolute safeguard, it would also not prevent the grey area type situations where the ejection was incorrect but not just a rogue LC banjecting arbitrary individuals.

Additionally, the CRS does not have the legal authority to remove Local Councillors.

Secondly, this is not a request for me to get a BC powers. This is a request for the CRS to give the LC's they trust BC powers.

Further more on you topic of inexperience, I have held the position of DC meaning I have in a way served two terms on a game side government position. (Well currently serving second term)

I don’t think serving as a Deputy Councilor is going to cut it in my view of criterion. This is your first term as Local Councilor. I do in fact trust you, however, to play it safe, it’s still your first term.
Yet again, this is not a request for me to get BC powers. This is a request for the CRS to give the LC's they trust BC powers

Well, that kind of is contradictory to what you said:

I have looked those already, where do you think I got the statement:
Moving forward, should the LC wish to do so, the Council encourages the LC to submit a written request on these forums formally petitioning for a reconsideration of this matter

That's because you mentioned it. please read the request again, there is nothing in there that asks for me personally to get BC powers and stop acting as if there is.

I don't get what you're saying in the italicized sentence above, nor do I get how it relates to those links Tounge

Read Amerion's reply in the HS thread. It is right there.
