Executive Orders
#1


By the powers vested in me by the Charter as Delegate of the South Pacific, it is hereby ordered as follows:

Article 1
Veterans of the Defense Force: The South Pacific, the South Pacific Army and the New Southern Army shall be entitled to a monthly pension of 35 000 Drama Llamas and further honours and support as determined by the Ministry of Regional Affairs.

Article 2
Those individuals who have served for at least two full terms as senior members of the Cabinet shall receive a monthly pension of 70 000 Drama Llamas and further honours and support as determined by the Ministry of Regional Affairs.

Article 3
Former Delegates shall receive a monthly pension of 140 000 Drama Llamas and must necessarily receive further special honours and support as determined by the Ministry of Regional Affairs.

Article 4
The Delegate may, in consultation with the Minister of Regional Affairs, increase in 20% the pensions of individuals who are entitled to one as per this Order, should their service to the region have been exceptionally meritorious and noteworthy.

Article 1
Those individuals entitled to a pension under Executive Order 001 shall also be entitled to a lifetime supply of lampshades and a monthly account of 2500 Drama Llamas at the Lampshade Bar and Grill.

Article 2
Current and Former Members of the Committee for State Security shall be entitled to a pension equal to that of individuals covered under Article 2 of Executive Order 001, and to the benefits of Article 1 of this Order.

By the powers vested in me by the Charter as Delegate of the South Pacific, it is hereby ordered as follows:

Article 1
Employees of the Government of the South Pacific shall be those individuals who are:
  • Members of the Cabinet
  • Members of the High Court
  • Staff of the Ministry of Regional Affairs
  • Enlisted in the South Pacific Special Forces and have a minimum rank of Soldier
  • Members of the Committee for State Security
Article 2
Employees of the Government of the South Pacific shall receive monthly salaries as determined by Annex I of this Executive Order, and may receive further monetary benefits and allowances as determined by the Ministry of Regional Affairs.

Article 3
Employees who were such since the beginning of this term, in 1 August 2014, shall receive all monthly salaries that they would have been entitled to.

By the powers vested in me by the Charter as Delegate of the South Pacific, it is hereby ordered as follows:

Article 1
Veterans of the South Pacific Special Forces shall be entitled to all the benefits under Article 1 of Executive Order 001 and Article 1 of Executive Order 003.

Article 2
Former Generals of the New Southern Army and of the South Pacific Special Forces, who served as such for at least four months, shall be entitled to the same benefits as those individuals covered by Artlce 2 of Executive Order 001.

Article 3
Benefits under this Executive Order and Orders 001 and 003 are cumulative and do not cancel out due to service in a different position.

The Salaxalans is hereby appointed Deputy Delegate for Games Development and shall be tasked with developing and overseeing games and activities to promote participation in the region.

Article 2
Unless subsequently extended, his appointment shall finish on 1 December 2014.

By the powers vested in me by the Charter as Delegate of the South Pacific, it is hereby ordered as follows:

Article 1
There shall be an award named Thanks of the Delegate to be given at the discretion of the Delegate of the South Pacific, to current or former government officials who have performed exceptional services to the region or in recognition of their longstanding service to it.

Article 2
There shall be an award named Badger Award to be given by the Delegate of the South Pacific in consultation with the Minister of Regional Affairs, to citizens who have performed special and fun services to the region, to the benefit of regional activity and integration.

Article 3
The following individuals shall be awarded the Thanks of the Delegate:
  • To Sandaoguo for his longstanding service as Minister of Foreign Affairs and dedication to the advancement of our interests abroad.
  • To QuietDad for his exemplary work leading as Minister of the Army and success in turning the South Pacific Special Forces into an active and well respected regional military.
Article 4
The following individuals shall be given the Badger Award:
  • To Aramanchovia for his dedicated collection of World Census reports and for his exemplary participation and leadership in the efforts to cure the South Pacific during the latest Zombie Apocalypse.
  • To Salaxalans for his promotion of active participation in #the_south_pacific and his organisation of several Mafia games, to the benefit of regional activity and engagement.
  • To CrimsonTideFan for his instrumental role in the formation of the Southern Tactical and Rescue Squadron and his leadership in the efforts to neutralise the undead in the South Pacific during the latest Zombye Apocalypse.
Be it ordered on this day, the thirtieth of November of the year 2014,
