[21:21] <Unibot> He's founder of the PRL, GB. He maintains high positions in Lazarus occasionally when he returns to NS on and off.

[21:22] <Unibot> I also agree with Arbiter; I don't believe he's a security threat, at least not a security threat proportional to other people we let into TSP. He's been a delegate in Lazarus and he didn't betray their trust. He's said that his service there was part in parcel of trying to make right what he did in TSP.

[21:24] <Unibot> I think the "Not Milograd" thing is more of a concern, because it suggests he isn't taking it all seriously. However, I might be being too much of a prude here. There are two things to note: (1) there was no chance of parole when he made the joke, (2) he outed himself.

[21:25] <Arbiter08> He didn't apply for Citizenship either, only made an account.

[21:37] <Unibot> - Inclined to reform his behavior
[21:38] <GustaveBerr> Cite the “Not Milograd” being light-hearted and sincere?
[21:38] <Unibot> I would just say his past work in Lazarus and his work to make amends and apologise suggests that he is not continued to be a security threat and has a desire to reform his behavior.
[21:38] <Arbiter08> Not sure about the sincere part, buy mentioning it as only a joke would probably be best.
