At the moment, Ryccia has shown all signs of stability. They have recently destroyed the last of the militias plaguing their government and are doing their best to rebuild after their various minor conflicts.

This would mean retracting Hammerstar embassies to Qvait and Ryccia. However, our Sapphire Paladin has no intentions concerning it. Though you are not allowed to leak our reasons, we have heard that Darkstrait troops have been aiding Resentine and Hammerstar to secure the survivors of the Baliish incident, without them, they would never be recovered. Darkstrait has then proved to Hammerstar that they are indeed an ally worth having. Therefore, we wish to keep our Embassy in Darkstrait, and hope that our diplomatic and economical relations shan't be furthermore strained by these silly games.
