Not a good idea

A bicameral legislature is not necessary because:
-All citizens already participate in legislature
-Doing this will decrease our freedom of speech
-This could only work in RL in such a democratic region as TSP

So, why a bicameral legislature? We already have an Assembly, an unicameral legislature system that allows EVERYONE to vote(And when I mean EVERYONE, I mean citizens). This will only decrease our political freedom of speech by a wide margin. Plus it will center more power for the government and not for all members, like it should be in TSP.

Would you like to hear my proposal first or would you like to continue making assumptions about what is being proposed?

Well, a bicameral legislature in TSP for me means the suspension of our voting rights in the Assembly since a bicameral legislature can only be formed by elections. And I do not think it is a good idea. But Im sorry for not hearing.
