As I'm sick of the "smart formatting" fucking up I'm going to take a break from posting the text of resolutions. You can read them on the WA site anyway.

Forum topic


This is a proposal to deal with crimes against humanity and war crimes through the concept of universal jurisdiction. It also contains a blocker clause to prevent the establishment of another International Criminal Court (though I am mildly sceptical as to how that will be enforced). I am mildly FOR, mainly because it will put an end to the debate recently ongoing about these issues.
