In the worst case scenario, we'll just pass parts of this document as individual amendments to the Charter
Well, I'm back which I guess means one more Justice threat to the security of TSP is here (or whatever they are calling us now). Still shocked at the rough ride that this document has been given but in a chilled place now. Hopefully whatever gets through the Assembly will be workable.
The Assembly will basically reject everything unless we pass the Charter-related bits as individual amendments, and adopt the other bits as internal policy
It looks that way Awe, yeah.
I'm going to submit the criminal case procedures (minus the clause that requires both the plantiff and defendant to be citizens as that is better left to be determined elsewhere) as a separate proposal so that we can claim to have procedure as they circumvent us. Hopefully we'll have the case going before they strike their charges from the laws and attempt to declare the case void.
