To expand:

1. This user published information that was not publicly available, before the Cabinet posted its own statement. He published classified information, and that alone is disqualifies him, as far as I am concerned.
2. Forums are created based on necessity. The Rejected Times was the only external newspaper that got a forum, and only because of the large amount of individual threads it had.
