Except I am the one who wrote the proposal, so I am the authority on what the proposal is. There should be no confusion here.
Again, if the two proposals can be simultaneously implemented without problems, then they are not contradictory. You may want them to be, but they are not.

The proposal is not what you say it is, but what it is - the proposal is not contradictory with Hospolis's proposal, so it'd be unsanctionable under law and unfair to voters to require either one or the other to pass.
Can we get one of those big floaty messages going at the top of the page, informing people about the start of the vote, who can vote, etc.?
