The idea of an NS Historical Project spanning all of NS, or at least Gameplay NS, is certainly an idea, and no small feat. I will help with this wherever I can, as that would be beautiful.

A good start on that would be to ask the other Pacifics to look into their archives and perhaps the same sources Kris has been using to find the earliest known mentions of them individually.

Excluding The Pacific, NSDossier confirms that all of the Pacifics existed as far back as May 28, 2003. Whether or not The others were created around/exactly the same time as The South Pacific isn't a stretch and quite possible.

- TNP: the earliest mention I could find was from this post (http://forum.dune2k.com/topic/7963-a-coo.../?p=137195), so it must have been created at some point between TSP's creation and late February 2003.

- TWP: this post (http://z4.invisionfree.com/thepacific/in...&p=9503737) says it was created around mid-April 2003, which seems to be confirmed by this other post (http://www.westpacific.org/forums/index....g/?p=24673).

- TEP: it seems this was the last Feeder. I think it was a UCR founded by a nation called Hitler the Great and then turned into a Feeder? Anyways, the turning seems to have happened at some point between mid-April 2003 (TWP's creation) and 18 May 2003, which is when this post (http://www.ilxor.com/ILX/ThreadSelectedC...adid=17376) mentions a nation located in TEP.

That is consistent with Max telling us that he "landed in England on New Years Eve and set to work". Could you take a screenshot of that telegram, for record keeping?

Is there anyone else we could contact? Or should we settle with a December 31 date?
