The following vote is to confirm the passage of the following resolution and the repeal of all of the following repeals (the circumstances of which are explained in the aforementioned resolution below).

The Assembly of the Coalition of The South Pacific,
Concerned that the following agreements may still be in effect, although having been assumed non-extinct if not forgotten since their passage more than half a decade ago,
Gatesville Mutual Protection Pact (2005),
The Non-Aggression Pact between The South Pacific and Catlandatopia (2008),
The South Pacific and The Young World Mutual Protection Pact (2008), and,
The Alliance with One Big Island (2010).
HEREBY PURSUES the repeal of said agreements; especially noting The South Pacific's continued support for the liberation of Feudal Japan with regards to §3.1-2.2 of the Non-Aggression Pact Between The South Pacific and Catlandatopia.
The Alliance with One Big Island (2010)
This document is to sign into effect the union of One Big Island into The South Pacific Coalition as a Member Region.
One Big Island joins the South Pacific under the following terms:
1. The region clearly labels itself as a member region of the Coalition in its World Factbook Entry.
2. In times of crisis, One Big Island it will come to the aid of The South Pacific in whatever forms that the South Pacific requires.
3. In between its own contracts, One Big Island Mercenaries will endorse the legal Delegate of the South Pacific.
4. The South Pacific will gain priority if the region requests a contract with proper notice.
Through its membership of the South Pacific coalition, One Big Island gains the following rights:
1. The South Pacific will list One Big Island as a member region on its World Factbook Entry.
2. One Big Island shall gain use of The South Pacific’s newspaper for its own press.
3. One Big Island shall send an advisor to The South Pacific to advise on coalition policy.
If either region wishes to withdraw from this agreement then it must contact the leadership of the other signatory. After one week has passed from this notification the agreement is legally nullified.
If Southern Bellz is no longer the legal delegate of The South Pacific, One Big Island can legally nullify the agreement instantly.

Gatesville Mutual Protection Pact (2005)
We the Government of the South Pacific and the Government of Gatesville sign in to act a Mutual Protection Pact between our regions, to assist each other in times of need.
Either region may request military assistance in the spirit of this treaty by message of an authorized representative of the regions' government in case one of the following conditions occurs within the region:
I. Invasion by a hostile Party who attempt to take the Delegate's seat
II. A rogue Delegate who breaks the trust of the people of the region and breaks the constitution of the region
Any assisting troops will remain under control of the assisting government.
Neither region is bound by this pact in the case that the stability of the assisting region will be in danger by doing so.
This treaty will be cancelled under any of the following conditions:
I. If any party wishes to exit treaty for any reason
II. The breaking of trust of The South Pacific or Gatesville by calling in troops with out need
III. Disbandment of the charter or constitution* of either the South Pacific or Gatesville

NON-AGGRESSION PACT BETWEEN THE SOUTH PACIFIC AND CATLANDATOPIA
Section 1 - Definitions
For the purposes of this Treaty, the following definitions apply:
1) A Signatory is defined as the government of a region that has signed this Treaty.
2) A Province of a Signatory Region is defined as a region whose foreign policy is legally subordinated to a Signatory Region either by statute or by treaty, and with the other Signatory having been informed of that status.
3) Military operation is defined as an attempt of any kind to change the UN Delegacy of a region other than by a legal process of that region.
Section 2 - Non Aggression
1) A Signatory shall not engage in any military operations against the military forces of another Signatory for purposes of Imperialist expansion. Action against the other shall void this treaty.
2) A Signatory shall not support in any way, directly or indirectly, military operations against the military forces of another Signatory, except in the instance of defending another ally. In that event, a vote shall be taken to determine whether the position of TSP is to aid CLT, defend the other ally, or remain neutral. That decision shall always remain the choice of sovereign TSP through democratic process. CLT likewise shall have the ability to decide its position should the converse occur.
3) A Signatory shall not engage in subversive espionage mission against the other Signatory.
4) The Signatory may engage in military operations to support the military forces of another Signatory
Section 3 - Violation and Nullification
1) This Treaty is rendered null and void with immediate effect if any Signatory violates the other Signatory's laws or statutes, or violates any provision of this Treaty.
2) This treaty can only be nullified by military operation conducted by one side against the other.
