Approves the site administrator's proposal to move The South Pacific to a new host provider.

Permits the Chair to edit Article 10.1 to include The South Pacific's new URL Address promptly after the aforementioned move.

Passage requires 75% support; Voting ends March 11, 2015. 4:13 PM EST.
