Sunshine Law Request: Citizenship Removals
#1

I am submitting a request for all information that has not been released in regards to the quoted law on Vice Delegate removal of Citizenship.

Quote:6. If a Citizen no longer has a resident nation their citizenship will be immediately removed by the Vice Delegate.

So then nobody has been removed by the VD?

I don't see how some sort of communication between the Cabinet doesn't exist on this topic. I know for a fact people have been remasked for moving their nation out of TSP. Was then ordered by the Vice Delegate or done by the admin?

EDIT: I will add that the Sunshine law does not specify an area of the forums. It says discussions.

Quote:1. The discussions of the Cabinet shall be released every 8 months for public archival accessible to all citizens.

That's not what you asked.

Let me make it more clear. I am asking for the release of ANY discussion involving the Cabinet that led to the removal of a Citizen under the law I quoted.

If a citizen has no nation in the region then their citizenship is removed. There is no discussion to be had, nor have there been discussions on the subject.

So then the citizen just magically gets remasked as a non-citizen. Nobody says "Hey so and so is in violation and need to be remasked"?

You already received an answer to your disclosure request.

Thanks.
