Our interviewee today, Kestral Blue , is lord of the pies and a Z-Day hero who lead some of the military squads against the infection terrorists attacking us.

1. How did you learn about Nation States? What enticed you to join?

I learned about it 8 or so years ago, I liked how the game creates your nation 'type' based on your decisions. At the time I managed to create a psychotic dictatorship!

Haven't we all created an "evil" nation at some point

2. How long have you been in the South Pacific?

Since this nation was founded, my old nation (Blue Kestral, really inventive with the names aren't I ) was in the East Pacific before it was eliminated by inactivity and me closing the email account that was linked to it.

3. What do you like most about being a resident of TSP?

I like that it goes from chilled to manic in 5 seconds flat. I don't have a lot of time to play, so I like a game which is laid back, but every so often explodes!

4. If you were delegate of TSP for a day what would you do?

Demand that all nations change their nation type to the Pie Eating Empire of.....

*shudders in absolute terror*

5. Cake or pie? Why?

Pie, there is nothing you cant do with Pie. Pie is the Swiss army knife of food. You can have sweet, savoury, blood, black, fruit, vegetable, meat and even zombie pie. Show me a cake that can do that!
As such all soldiers of this proud nation are given a standard issue combat pies on joining the armed forces.

*So this is how the Cult of Pie people speak. Escade backs away slowly and leaves the whipped cream on the counter.*

6. Favorite book, movie, or game?

Classic geek answer, Lord of the Rings rocks!

* Faramir! *cough* I mean yes, awesome book! *

7. What is the significance behind your nation's name?

Um, I would love to have a deep an meaningful reason for Kestral Blue. However Kestrel was a peasant's bird of prey, and blue was my favorite color. Plus my spelling was never particularly good. It makes a better nation name than my other gaming name 'Afrobob'.

Blue is the bestest color ever!

8. Finally, what did you think of Z-day apocalypse? In a real zombie apocalypse, what would you do first?

I would become a Quisling.
"A quisling is a person who collaborated with Axis forces in occupied Allied countries during World War II – including members of fascist and collaborationist political parties and military and paramilitary forces. "

*Makes note that Kestral is a zombie sympathizer and a pie lover? Therefore, zombie love = pie love?
