For my nation, the government has instituted a high tax rate on it's citizens, and the tax payers dollars are put into establishing free education, healthcare, living space, running water and electricity for the people. Socialism is then protected within the nation by a single party government (Dictatorship) and a compulsory military service for every citizens, whose primary objective is to protect and serve the government.
