Resident Spotlight: Arbiter08

***MoRA Resident Spotlight***

Interview Publication Date: 05 December 2013
Interviewee: The Sanghelios Legion
Interviewer: Escade

1. How did you learn about Nation States? What enticed you to join?

I learned about Nationstates through people at my school. We had recently gotten Ipads and Nationstates had earned a reputation for being a very fun game.

It's fun and a little bit addictive Wink I do hope you're not playing NS in class Tounge

2. How long have you been in the South Pacific?

I have been in The South Pacific for nearly a month. Ever since I created "The Sanghelios Legion" I have been in TSP.

3. What do you like most about the region? What would you change?

I like how open and kind everyone is. I started a month ago and haven't received a single negative Comment, Telegram, Or PM.

I would change how open the Newer nations are. That's not something that I can do much about, but would love to see happen.

I'd like to know how you would change newer nations or... why?

4. Cake or pie? Why?

Cake, I'm not much of a pie fan. The only time I eat pie is at Thanksgiving.

Yes, it's time to do the cake dance!

5. Favorite book, movie, or game?

My favorite game is Halo 3. I grew up with the epic tale of the master chief, and he is to me as a superhero is to a comic book fan.

6. What is the significance behind your nation's name?

In the Halo series there is a alien race known as "Elites" by humans. When I was younger, I thought that these aliens were really cool. I recently learned that they call themselves "Sanghelios". That is how I got the "Sanghelios" part. The legion part is because the Sanghelios were very militarized.

That's an interesting back story and I like the way Sanghelios sounds Smile

7. Why did you decide to run for the Chief Justice position?

I wanted to get involved in the political system, and thought that the Chief Justice position would suit me well. (I also didn't know about the smaller roles such as: Ambassador, Associate Justice, Etc.)

8. If elected as CJ, what would your first move?

My first move would be to think "How was I able to get elected within my first month?"

Hm...

Anything else you'd like to contribute?

I would like to thank all of TSP for their kindness, and openness.

Thank you and great applause for Arbiter08 for a insightful interview. I admire the interest in regional government. Please do join TSP this coming term, we need your enthusiasm Smile
