South Pacificans, Spiritans;

I would like to thank every participant in the TSP-Spiritus Lampshade festival. This festival marked an important time in the friendship between the two regions: the signing of the Lampshade Accords.

I would like to take this time to thank Spiritan President The Salaxalans and Spiritan Minister of Foreign Affairs Rogamark for their hospitality while I was in Spiritus.

I would also like to thank Spiritan Minister of Culture and festival co-host Wuufu for helping out with the festival preparations and for being a liason between our two regions during the planning stages.

A big shout out to the members of the Cultural Department of TSP's Ministry of Regional Affairs for spreading the word and helping make this festival a great success!

And of course, a thank you to all participants in the festival; without you guys and gals this would not have been as fun!

With that, I officially declare this Festival over! Everybody, prepare for an influx of Lampshades and Ducks!

I'd like to thank Wuufu as well as everybody from Spiritus for making the IRC activities a fun experience these days. It was indeed an important component of this festival.
