A place where we can share a bit about current current events in our RL countries!



Last night Peru's Prime Minister was censured by Congress, meaning the whole Cabinet is now required to tender its resignation. This was due to a scandal related to the national intelligence agency having spied on political and opposition figures. In Peru the President is the head of government, but there is a Prime Minister who coordinates government policy. President Humala will now have to appoint the seventh PM of his presidency.

The British Parliament was officially dissolved yesterday and the official campaign for the General Election began yesterday also. There is now five weeks or 37 days or if you like 24 working days until the polls open.
