RE; Illegal Masking
#1

As a resident of The South Pacific, as confirmed by the Chief Justice of the High Court, I have been given an illegal masking that infringes on no less than five clauses of the Bill of Rights, specifically clauses 2, 4, 5, 6 and 7. Of particular concern is my inability to access the High Court, and file suit in relation to this illegal masking. This catch-22 situation is completely unacceptable. On my behalf the Chief Justice has contacted the administration team and raised the issue, making it clear that my current masking is illegal and requesting that I be given access to the High Court. Subsequent to this I personally contacted Administrator Glen-Rhodes to again raise this issue. As of this date all requests to grant me access to the High Court have been refused, and I remain unable to to file suit against this illegal masking.

As such, I am making one final and public request to be granted such access before handing over this matter to a legal proxy.

The Legal Question you wish to ask is whether or not the default forum masking infringes on the Bill of Rights. So, in other words, you and Farengeto have been discussing your Legal Question, and he has told you how will he rule before you've even submitted it.

That's a disappointing lack of ethics on behalf of our Chief Justice.

Regardless, as explained to you on IRC, the admins are discussing the issue and will get back to you when a consensus is reached. The standing policy is that non-citizens are not granted access to the High Court except when it is necessary for them to defend themselves as per the Bill of Rights. Your request to have posting access goes against that policy, which is why it is being discussed. The fact that you are an active security threat per Cabinet declaration and Assembly upholding also makes this request one in need of close consideration.

Given that this issue is already under discussion by the Administration Team, this topic is being closed. The Operations Center is not the appropriate area to deliver speeches. A response will be delivered as soon a consensus is reached.
