Charter Amendment: Article 4, Section 2

The following vote is to amend the Charter. This aims to amend discrepancies present regarding whether charges can be filed against residents that do not have citizenship. This relates to a legal decision from the Court back in March.

The proposed amendments are identified by struck out red text and in bold blue text below.

Voting will last for 5 days and will require 75% support to pass.

Section 2 - Criminal Cases

1. If charges are filled against a citizen resident the case will be held in the High Court.
2. A justice may file charges against a citizen resident, provided they recuse themselves from the case.
