If you are aware of any other evidence then you are free to submit it independently, or start a parallel prosecution, but seeing how you have had more than half a year to do so, you cannot credibly claim that you have not had prior opportunity to do so. Regardless of your opinion of this prosecution, it is the only one that has been attempted despite numerous invitations by myself to you and others to press charges.

Tired of having THIS hanging around unresolved, I submit that as evidence and hereby charge Belschaft with treasonn Majority Opinion

Given that the link provided by the Complainant to have no concrete evidence and only involve discussions vilifying the Accused, the Court has chosen to dismiss this criminal complaint due to lack of evidence. This case will remain open for 72 hours to allow the submission of further evidence. The Court wishes to make it clear that a dismissal should not be treated as absolute proof of non-guilt and only indicates a current lack of provided evidence to prove guilt. Discussion on the matter of the parallel case by Escade will begin tomorrow following the start of the new Judicial term.
Your honour, I request that no decision be made by the Court in regards to Escade's parallel case until I am granted full access to the submitted preliminary evidence so I can review it and respond appropriately.

I have moved a couple of threads relating to this matter to the public area of the Assembly at the Court's request, so that the defendant has the required access to be able to defend themselves.
I will be filing charges independently in a new thread within the next week or seven days since this was one was obviously a farce. Thank you.

For the record, The Court has been unable to reach the required quorum of Three Justices due to some having higher priorities outside of NS. That is likely to change once the special election has concluded. There is also Belschafts request to put to put any questions involving him on hold due to his absence in the following week. Which is why there has been no progress on this case.
