Executive Action Challenge
#21

Again, I will repeat that I will eagerly await the court's decision on this.

Before anyone gets on their high horse, let's not forget that we're also in the middle of a pretty fucking big constitutional crisis.

I'm sorry that we haven't been able to respond as quickly as people would like, but I'm more worried about having our house in order rather that sounding off on a region we aren't even remotely prepared to help.

HIGH COURT OF THE SOUTH PACIFIC
[1523.HQ] EXECUTIVE ACTION CHALLENGE
SUBMISSION 08 APRIL 2015 | JUSTICIABILITY 04 MARCH 2021

Whereas this Court has been asked to exercise the judicial power vested in it by Article VIII of the Charter of the South Pacific, it is resolved as follows:

It is so ordered.

1523.HQ.DJ | Issued 06 March 2021

Posts outside High Court venues should be taken as those of any other legislator.
I do not participate in the regional server, but I am happy to talk through instant messaging or on the forum.
