Extradition Treaty Between the Members of the Southern Cooperation Organisation |
We understand that we were quick to start a vote on such a matter and will allow for discussion of a possible treaty. I have already submitted a draft (link available in the first post).
Qvait would like to discuss a possible extradition treaty among the members of the Southern Cooperation Organisation. The contents of my draft of such a treaty can be found here.
Mr. Jonathan Brennan Representative to the Southern Cooperation Organisation Pacific Republic of Qvait
While I have not yet finished my review of the treaty, we request the addition of a definition of extradition for the purposes of this treaty.
The following will be added as the definition of extradition, "the action of extraditing, deporting, or repatriating a person accused or convicted of a crime."
Is it not redundant to define extradition as extraditing someone?
(I was going off the Google definition.)
Qvait would like to renew the discussion of an extradition treaty.
