~Professor Henn, Hardcore Leftist, Totally not a Dinosaur In accordance with Section D5 of the Provisional Standing Orders, the motion on the accession of Ryccia as a full member of the Organisation will be put to vote. The voting period will last 2 days, concluding Sunday, 14 June 2015 at 2352 HRS (UTC+8). Members may vote 'Aye' if in favour, 'Nay' if against or 'Abstain' in the case of an abstention. In accordance with Section D2 of the Provisional Standing Orders, a majority must be obtained for this motion to pass Chien Ching Chiung President of the Southern Council
