I picked Henn through a RNG, and posted the excuse because I thought it funny. Forgot that you don't really play mafia and that it was for a reason. As such, I will change my vote to No Hang.

In mafia games, everyone always, ALWAYS says "let's wait to hang someone until there is more evidence". Yet there is never any actual evidence; the best course is to start hanging people right away. Every day that someone isn't hanged, that's a lost chance to hit a mafia member. If we miss, yeah, a townsperson dies, but we can't win if we don't try. Since Henn seems to have ragequit, I'm going to vote for a random person: Siberian Districts.
