We have read your swift response and we are quite disappointed that you feel that way. Vercopa really wants to build a friendship with the magnificent state of Kringalia and would like to establish diplomatic relations with it. We feel that isolating ourselves completely would not make us much favorable infront of the international community. If your department of foreign affairs feels that we are not up to standards, we would have to respect your decision. However, we would like to file a protest. Though our state admits of these inhumane practices, the Constitutional Monarchy of Zadiner was also indicated of slavery as well earlier this year. To a point that the SCO has rejected their application because it contradicts your respected charter. They are indicted of these crimes and still you open their embassy, which makes us lead to the fact that you would respect the nation's sovereignty of having slaves. We feel that while the accusations of the department of Foreign Affairs is relevant to its judgement. The judgement itself seems to not apply for everyone. Kringalia is a nation of laws and rules is it not? She adheres to their beloved laws and their beloved charter. However, until Zadiner also faces the accusations and judgement that we have been applied to, the reasoning for it you to reject our embassy due to our inhumane practices is simply illogical and without principle. The Fatherland sees that Kringalia has a "standing commitment towards establishing relations and mainitaining open channels of communication with all foreign governments." Would rejecting our embassy be contradictory to the principle you have held dear? The diplomatic dialogue your head of state reveres so much would be much easier if you have a Vercopan emissary in your state. Or would you prefer to hold the diplomatic talks in our fair country instead? You won't be allowed a visa of course, since there is no embassy to issue such visas to Vercopa. We could not travel to Kringalia as well, your state wouldn't have provided the visas, and we can't accept the special offers of your nation, we would prefer equal rights with the children of the Fatherland as well. It would not look nice for the leader of the international community to refuse the offer for diplomatic dialogue with a nation that it longs to try and set up an embassy for, perhaps we could establish the embassy under your supervision? Anything that would make you more comfortable. We realize that we are in different sides in our ideology, but we ask for you to accept an embassy in your state, at least it could perhaps open up for more diplomatic relations and increases the possibility of "change for meaningful dialogue with Vercopa". President Margaret Harrison has asked for the Department of Foreign Affairs to rescind a provision of Directive 039 disallowing Qvait to send an application to form an embassy with Kringalia.
On behalf of the Republic of Kringalia, I thank Qvait for its interest in establishing diplomatic relations.
In compliance with Department Resolution 195/16, Qvait is hereby removed from the list of nations prevented from seeking diplomatic relations. While Kringalia continues to condemn the formulation of Operation Affirmed, it recognises that Qvait has taken meaningful steps towards reconciliation with the international community, and the establishment of improved mechanisms for dialogue will be conductive towards that reconciliation. I convey the wishes of the Republic of Kringalia on this occasion and thank the Third Republic of Qvait for its interest in the establishment of diplomatic relations. I am pleased to announce that the Department of Foreign Affairs has deemed it convenient and in the interest of bilateral relations to approve the request of the Qvait for an embassy in the City of North.
Effective immediately, Qvait may occupy the buildings as designated in its request, and the same and all persons and effects who inhabit and work in them in an official capacity on behalf of their sending government shall be extended diplomatic and consular immunity, as mandated by the Foreign Agents Immunity Act.
