Amendment to the Charter: Article 4.3.1

The following is a proposal to amend the Charter. Voting will remain open for five days and requires 75% support to pass.

This proposal removes a remaining reference of the now defunct Appellate Court of the South Pacific from the Charter. The debate can be found here.

The vote will end on 16 July 2015 at 12:00am (GMT+8) A countdown timer is available here
