And I think I recall an article written by Kris somewhere, I forgot which one, but it states that with Wolf gone, there is two spots vacant? If you became MoA, there'll be three spots vacant.

There are three positions in the General Corps, two already filled by ProfessorHenn and the Resentine Kingdom. One does not cease being a General just because they are elected Minister.

Generals are appointed until they are recalled or lose citizenship. So you can have a MoA who is a General, a Vice Delegate as a General, or a Delegate as a General. Just because you can't deploy your WA, or are serving in a different position doesn't mean you stop being a General. Hope that clears things up
 Currently Henn and Resentine are Generals, so there's one vacant spot.
I'm still a Jeneral, and Resentine will still be a Jeneral as he is the MoA. One spot left.
