In accordance with Article 5, Section 1 of The Charter of The Coalition of The South Pacific the Assembly shall vote on Delegate Kris Kringle's nomination of HEM for Appellate Justice.

A 75% affirmative vote is needed for confirmation.

Voting will begin at 9:55p GMT/5:55p EST April 22, 2014, and conclude at 9:55p GMT/5:55p EST April 25, 2014.
