How can anyone without either citizenship or a WA presence pose a threat?

Why was he banned?
Deputy Regional Minister of the Planning and Development Agency(March 8-May 19, 2014)
Local Council Member(April 24-August 11) Court Justice of TSP(August 15-December 7)
Well, he has yet to respond.

I prefer both cake and pie, but if I had to pick my favorite that would be key lime pie with a cookie crust. Any pie really with a cookie crust, but I am on a very strict diet and training regime given my actual real life work. We can't put nationstates on our resumes, am I right?

My purpose here is I was told by several delegates of the South Pacific that I was a friend of the South Pacific and always welcome here. Are you feeling me, or is the music too plain? I almost overthrew Francos Spain, of course everyone who loves that man hates me by default except a few of the older nations (Myrth - if he's still around). I had one nation in my home region the West Pacific threaten to kidnap and rape me (Zetaone). The Rejected Realms (I already discussed the Biyah situation). I was a strong member in the West Pacific, the South Pacific (I prevented some attempts to overthrow your government before you were as developed as you are), the Pacific (I was senator Zhdanov alongside Savage Lands Reloaded and Francos Spain). Face it, I'm a living legend in this text based game.

Posts outside High Court venues should be taken as those of any other legislator. I do not participate in the regional server, but I am happy to talk through instant messaging or on the forum.
