Sorry for the grave-dig but can someone explain me the TSP Government? And whats the difference between the Assembly, Local Council and Great Council?

Sure!

The South Pacific has three main branches:

Assembly: all citizens get automatic membership and can propose, debate and vote on bills.
Cabinet: composed of six members (Delegate, Vice Delegate, Chair of the Assembly, Minister of Regional Affairs, Minister of the Army, Minister of Foreign Affairs) elected every four months, the next election starting on November 15.
High Court: composed of four justices elected every four months in midterm elections, three justices sit on every case, with one being kept for appeals, on a rotating schedule.

In addition we have the following branches:

Committee for State Security: trusted citizens permanently allowed to exceed the endorsement cap and oversee internal security, who must be confirmed by the Assembly.
Local Council: three residents, who may or may not be citizens, elected by all WA-member residents through regional poll, to encourage gameside involvement and represent it before the Assembly.

You already know what the Assembly and the Local Council are. A Great Council is basically a constitutional convention, in which all citizens may participate, to revise and alter all our laws. It may be convened by any single ciitizen, provided at least six months have passed since the previous one.
