Can I see it? It also depends on what software you are using. I'm on Mac and I have to use GIMP. GiMP is horrible in my opinion. My Windows 8.1 Bootcamp has Paint.net which is my bbe, but internet is broken there.

Ham, if you don't have any software and want high-quality, do this:
1. Go to sumopaint.com
2. Pick 10 px wide black pencil and draw a "circle".
3. Pick 5 px pencil and draw eyes.
4. Draw the flag colour contour. (like this, but with the correct colours: )

5. Fill in with correct tolerance (needs experimenting, try and undo till you get a good result.
6. Add shading by reducing the brightness of the colour(s) to 60% of the original value and placing it correctly according to the light source.
7. Add shadow by drawing accordingly preferably with a colour near #202020.
