TO: Hammerstarian Space Programme
FROM: Clara Stokes, Director of the Space Exploration Agency I wish to extend the formal congratulations of the Space Exploration Agency on the launch of the Penne Space Telescope. I convey the excitement of the Kringalian Government regarding this significant step towards greater understanding of our universe and the equally significant development of scientific innovation and space technology in Hammerstar. I also take this opportunity to make a proposition for cooperation between our two agencies. Kringalia is currently planning to launch several probes to the vicinities of Maxima and Minima, having already launched two who yielded immense scientific value. We would be amenable to including scientific instruments designed by Hammerstar in our next unmanned probe. In exchange, we would appreciate time on the Penne Space Telescope to observe the planets farthest away from our star, in anticipation for prospective deep space unmanned exploration. To Clara Stokes, Director of the Space Exploration Agency It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance, I am the Moonstone paladin, formally known as Amurritum Hunabatum. You may call me Amur, and I am one of the leaders of the space project HAMSPAP and HIST is conducting this present moment. We thank you for the kind words concerning our space exploration, it has been a challenging feat. With the smoke and the many challenges we have faced along the way, we are glad to have finally finished this mission. To finally get an eye on what goes on in the final frontier. I have consulted with my colleagues, and have deemed that cooperation between both of our space programs would certainly accelerate our mission to explore the cosmos. We must let you know that Hammerstar shall always be transparent with its allies, and thus not only shall we allow Kringalia to play with our space telescope, we would also provide you with our own researches that we have gathered over the years, I expect that Kringalia would also provide Hammerstar with their own researches as well, for transparency could only work if both are willing to share. We are pleased that Kringalia saw some potential with the technologies we have developed in the space program, with the recent political weathers, we found it quite challenging to collaborate with a nation in developing the necessary means for our assets to explore space. We managed to complete it through combining past researches and researches of our own, as a result, we also exhibit several innovative technologies in space exploration, you are welcome to take a look at some of them. We hope that this collaboration would be the start of a long friendship. Thus, speaking on behalf of the Knights of Hammerstar, we wish that our relations be forever fair and forthright. FROM: Clara Stokes, Director of the Space Exploration Agency I am pleased to hear that Hammerstar is interested in cooperation on space matters. While formal procedures would have to be followed, I have no doubt that Resolution 005 of the Southern Cooperation Organisation and our own bilateral ties are more than enough reason to increase our mutual transparency. My Pacifica Exploration Team eagerly awaits designs for scientific experiments to add to our future probes to Maxima and Minima. In addition they are also setting objectives and deciding targets to view through the Penne Space Telescope. I have no doubt that they will share an excellent partnership with their Hammerstarian counterparts. In that same spirit of partnership, I would like to extend you an invitation to visit our offices in Castle Air Force Base and join us at the first stone laying ceremony for our future permanent headquarters. President Walsh and I agree that there is no better way to cement our space legacy than to share it with our major partners in this new and exciting endeavour. To Clara Stokes, Director of the Space Exploration Agency That would be great, a visit to one of your facilities would certainly pique our interest in the Kringalian space program, one of the many space missions that we have given praise. Ms. Stokes, we believe that our space technology would be sufficient enough to start a mission in landing a Hammerstarian on Maxima and Minima. We have developed the docking technologies and other technologies needed for interplanetary exploration, however we would like to acquire several of your data so that we could compare notes. If all checks out, we would start training some of the astronauts we have to adapt to these technologies. We ask for your thoughts on this.
