The Condottieri army has set up a heavily defended base in 086. It houses an airfield with several transport planes, and it shall be the main vehicle in transporting the Ryccian artefacts.

The Condottieri has infiltrated its spies in Ryccia, they are in contact with those that have been defending libraries and museums from the riot outside. While negotiations are underway, it is possible that they might approve of our mission. We have also sent some spies to ensure that our pathway is not being blocked.

I ask that the Kys army to deploy itself in our base in 086, we would then quietly move into Ryccia and extradite these artefacts one by one. My two commanding Officers, Leonie Gratin and Ar-Rasyid Muhammadiyah, shall be present in the base. More details shall be given to you in that location.

It is imperative that we do not, and I repeat, do not try to provoke these people in any way. We are only here to safeguard the heritage items, we are nowhere to try taking down the NC.

The Federation of Kys will collaborate with the Hammerstarian mission, and will establish the 10,000 soldiers in 086. We will enter the territory when the order is given.

Our troops are stealthy. We have brought the best of our best to this dangerous but important mission. We will rescue Ryccia's cultural items, and bring them to safety.

Do not go to Ryccia, I repeat, do not go to Ryccia. I ask you to come to our base first, in plot 085 to plan out the extradition.

Since the the NC are mostly receiving heat from Southern nations, they are lowering their guards in the north. Particularly Escadian Hts. This would give us a great opportunity to infiltrate the nation and safeguard all the historical testaments. Our spies have already infiltrated the NC, and would make it easier for us to enter Ryccia.

The condottieri has also identified all checkpoints and hotspots of the NC in the northern area, thus would like to present you with our information upon your arrival in this base.

After the most recent events concerning the war, the government of Liberum Hominis in Terra has begun sending armed vehicles, tanks and artillery guns to the border of Ryciaa to strengthen the border control, with a possible offensive attack looming in the future. Naval vessels have been dispatched to aid in the blockade of Sporaltryus, and will be stationed north of the Anton Islands. Despite these actions, the LHT military is under strict orders not to engage Ryciaan or Sporltryus forces.

The Zadinerian Government has offered support to Kys in the event of Ryccian attack on them.
The Zadinerian Defence Force has officially crossed the border and are moving through the mountains. Larger machines have had to take a non-direct route.
The Defence Force consists of 32,000 personnel at this time and 22,000 have been deployed. The King Zadiner Army has been assigned the job if Zadinerian protection. When asked why the Defence Force was attacking, they gave no answer.
