Prime Minister

I suggested the CSS members since they are who we trust with our security.

Yes but the argument that WAs will get to elect their own Delegate isn't true. They'll be able to pick someone off a list who they most likely never wanted in the first place. I think the current system we have is fine and as they say if it ain't broke don't fix it.

The CSS member as suggestion would only be for the first delegate under this system. Honestly, I'd have no problem letting Feir stay on indefinitely.

Afterword, the delegate would be decided by votes from the WA nations.

If we would move to this then I would suggest bringing back Brave Toaster (which is honestly not something I am opposed to without this). The Delegate would serve an indefinite term and can be challenged by citizens.

Indeed, I'm amiable to Brave Toaster.

So, will anyone draft us anything? I'd do it, but my time on here is too limited to give anything more than emails and basic ideas.

Yeah -- I think bringing back a "voting" mechanism closer to Brave Little Toaster would be important for this to move forward.

I'm never the best at drafting legislation, but if people would like I'll try my hand at it?

I can't believe your going through with this. I call on everyone if you want TSP to remain strong, safe, equal and fair vote against this.

Punch — this is more democratic that what we have now. You can disagree with it, but the system as being proposed was what TSP was *built* on.

It didn't involve the blatant manipulation of the in-game population and expose vulnerabilities through an off-site election process. Yet still made sure the in-game delegate recognizes and adheres to the offsite government.

I wasn't active when the current system was put in place, but I would have argued strongly against it. The current system exposes large vulnerabilities and makes us fearful of who becomes "citizens" and who runs for office on the offsite. Having a most stable head of state guarantees that democratic ideals will always be upheld since the delegate will be obligated to recognize the elected PM.
