I'm sorry, but our consulate guidelines state that regions must have a steady population of around 20 players. While we can allow this to lapse a little bit, a region with just a single player doesn't qualify for a consulate.

@Cormac: Camelot is approved for a consulate. Enjoy!

Forum URL: While we do have one, it's currently having problems and so is effectively useless at the moment

Head of State/Government: Empress Astarial is the recognized Head of State, as Governor I am Head of Government. Officially the Empress is the ultimate authority but power lies in the Governor through practicality.
