Allows ████████ organized █████████ hordes to invade other nations ████████████████████ infecting its population further. ██████████████ attempting to cure these nations ███████████ may prove futile █████████████████.

a. If an infected nation contains large numbers of undead for extended periods ████████████ ███████████████ they will starve ██████████████ and die. ████████████████████████████████

Zombie Apocalypse Survival Guide
It is that time of year again. We have less than two days to plan.

Our strategy is the same as last year: Get most users on cure, everyone else on kill. We spam cure missiles on everyone curing and killing, we spam kill squads on everyone embracing.

Regional Officers present a new, powerful opportunity. Up to thirteen of us can manage the Zombie Command, utilizing the Communications and Border Control powers to organize the region and kick the zombie embracers. In addition to those already appointed which can be assigned the necessary powers (and I have spoken to Feirmont about Z-COM Officers already) we have three vacant positions for Commanders with Border/Telegram powers. For security purposes, these should probably only have TG power.

I am told however that it takes 26 hours before Officers can use the TG powers, so any appointments would need to be done within 14 hours of me posting this.
