"We agree. But not in demilitarization. You see, Ryccia has always defended its borders militarly. Its a tradition of the nation. An instinct, I call it. However, we will lower our normal military number in the islands from 100,000 to 15,000 if you wish. The 1,000 soldiers who did this shall pay with a sanction of their salary cut in half for a year and 2 weeks in prision. The Ryccian Military is trained to attack enemy soldiers, not civilians. We will deal with this. Also, the money needed for reconstruction and for economical relief of the hurt families is here, about $1 billion estimate". *Hands over a truck filled with $1 billion dollars in UFI's currency*. "This should be enough. Let's stop this war, please".

"Ah of course total demilitarization would would be absurd, my apologies for not being clear on that, and your cut back is acceptable. We of course shall withdraw the Union Space Marines, and one of the carrier groups, and naturally the bombings have already been withheld. The 1,000 soldiers however, should be much more harshly punished. However, in the interest of peace, we shall concede on this point. We agree to these terms. The Union of Free Individuals does not stand on pomp and circumstance, so if you are ready to sign immediately so am I. We can always have a more official ceremony at a later date."
