Assembly Resolution on the Status of the Empire

The following is an Assembly Resolution to reaffirm the status of the Empire as a Prohibited Group.

The debate concerning the proposed amendments can be found here.

This Resolution will be passed if 60% of voters vote in favour, in accordance with Article 7.8 of the Code of Laws.

The vote will end on 17 January 2016 at 2:53pm (GMT+8) A countdown timer is available here.


Quote:Assembly Resolution on the Status of the Empire

Having been satisfied that the Empire remains a hostile organisation to the South Pacific, the Assembly of the South Pacific hereby enacts this Resolution to reaffirm the status of the Empire as a Prohibited Group, in accordance with Article 7 of the Code of Laws of the South Pacific.

This vote has passed 5-3 (62.50%) with 1 abstention(s). The amendments hereby enacted shall supersede any prior provisions from 17 January 2015 onward.
