I'll work on one Friday and Saturday night. You are right and I do need a specific one. I would have liked to have a vice chair to do it with so it wasn't just my ideas in it but alas that will not happen.
Above all else, I hope to be a decent person.

It should be your ideas. If you want to form your own party, it is important that people know what you believe in, so they can see if they actually want to join or not. The point of a party is to advance a certain agenda, after all.

Posts outside High Court venues should be taken as those of any other legislator.
I do not participate in the regional server, but I am happy to talk through instant messaging or on the forum.

I have noted that and changed the previous post to reflect that.

Platform for the Alliance for the Preservation of the Coalition
  1. Preventing Abuse of power
    1. The citizens are the source of ALL power in TSP. This we believe, makes it imperative that all government officials are working for the good of the people and not their own personal political future.
    2. We believe that the functions of government should be as transparent as possible with regular updates from the executives as to what they are doing. However, it should be noted that we also must keep the region safe so we do believe that for national security purposes ONLY, government functions may be kept classified.
  2. Preventing Toxicity
    1. Toxicity is defined as any act that is disrespectful to any person, nation or group..
    2. The members of APC will act at all times in a respectful manner. If we start respecting others, we believe this can help to reduce toxicity.
  3. Adherence to Laws
    1. The courts must actively enforce all laws in TSP. If the laws are enforced it will create a much more orderly and civil climate now and for the future.
  4. Effective Governing
    1. The government of TSP needs to respond to problems when they arise and not ignore them.
    2. The Assembly needs to make proposals to fix problems when they are found. However, the Cabinet and High Court need to do their part to ensure we have less problems and Assembly resolutions are adhered to strictly.
  5. Active Involvement
    1. Citizens should be as involved as possible as to make sure they are working to shape TSP into what they want it to be.
    2. Citizens should take an active role in the Assembly, RP, SPSF, and Ministries they would like to work in.
    3. Citizens should be encouraged to run for office as so we can get differing ideas.
  6. Other
    1. Members of APC will be encouraged to vote for other members in elections
    2. Members will be encouraged to work on proposals for the Assembly and Great Councils together, so that an original proposal can cause less debate, as there would already be some conscious and agreement.

So now that APC has a platform I think it is appropriate to reopen applications for both membership and Vice-Chair If you want to join simply post that you do in this thread and I can let you in. If you would like to be Vice-Chair simply mention so in your request to join. I will hope to select a Vice Chair (or bring it to a vote) by 3-26-16 at 17:00 CDT.
Above all else, I hope to be a decent person.
