Citizenship Resolution
#31

Yes, HEM, everyone is affected by these decisions and, as such, they should have a say in how they are handled. For the record, the administrative team is acutely aware of such and that's why we've been taking this with the more extreme caution.

I appreciate your thoughts from before, but the problem is that, yes, everything may be a major deal -- it's all in how your frame it. And what position you take on it. With the issue at hand, I've tried to be as fair as possible, giving as much access as I can without crossing legal boundaries, as I see them.

You may not like the "damned if we do, damned if we don't" argument, but it's especially apt when a FORUM MOVE was predicated on the fact that GR wouldn't remove citizenship and now we're being asked to decide the processes to give it.

I am, have been and will be ecstatic to give the Assembly move control over the processes. But we also need to have a consistent idea of what administrators are expected to do.

I also apologize if I'm being a bit sensitive, but as I've pointed out elsewhere, I'm really trying to do the best I can here.

Everything isn't necessarily a major deal, but maybe some things are that your position doesn't always allow you to see.

Anyway, I see you started a new thread so I'll move relevant thoughts there Smile
