Xinterra. A land meaning New in Mandarin Chinese(Xin part) and Land in Latin/Italian/Portuguese/Other(Terra)

Xinterra is a land that tries to merge gameplay politics and economy. Its capital is the region of Xinterra(located at: http://www.nationstates.net/region=xinterra ), which acts as a province for itself. There is also Dongjord(located at: http://www.nationstates.net/region=dongjord ) , another province of Xinterra. 

Every province governs itself, including Xinterra(as a province). However, they all respond to Xinterra(as a nation of sorts)

How the government works:

• Every province governs itself, but if any of its laws contradict national law, the law is null and void.
  
• For every 5 registered citizens in a province, a National Congressman can be sent to the National Congress, Xinterra's national government. By default, all >5-populated provinces get only one National Congressman. NCs are elected once every 2 months.
  
• On the other hand, Provincial Assemblies are composed of all the citizens of that province. CITIZENS CAN ONLY BE PART OF ONE PROVINCIAL ASSEMBLY!
  
• Rebellious and/or separatist provinces will be first be diplomatically consulted, and if talks fail, then martial law is declared.

How the economy works:

• A provincial economy is the economy of the founding nation of the province(Ex. http://www.nationstates.net/nation=dongjord )
  
• The national economy is Saoning's.
  
• Economic-related issues will be presented to the PAs or to the NC, depending on its area.
