Aiirght — I don't want us to get bogged down, especially since these are just "broad solutions."

So far we'd like to

• Find some way to better incorporate in-game opinion/activity/governance
  
• Would like to separate the government into (at least) a delegate as limited head of state, a Prime Minister as head of the executive branch, a legislature and independent judiciary (which we already have)
  
• Addressing citizenship issues, likely by moving to a "legislature" system under the CoA
  
• Addressing security by increasing the number of members and giving the branch more power
  
• Possibly creating an election commission to oversee elections
  
• Finding a way to address moderation/administration
  

I'm going to keep the discussion going on two of these (see threads), but are these generally what we'd like to see happen?

Works for me, but would like the last topic to be Finding a way to address moderation/administration. Not calling anyone out, just would like to see some guidelines for all of it addressed. I respect that admins can claim "Administration will never be under the charter" and in someways agree with that, but that's really what started this all and should be addressed
