(RETRACTED) APC Proposed Charter |
The current charter has the very apt phrase; "The Coalition may not be surrendered." I do not ever see a good benefit out of this change.

In the event that the government was incredibly corrupt/broken citizens would be able to dissolve government and start over. Think of it as a legal way for the populace to revolt against oppression. Above all else, I hope to be a decent person.

You're describing a coup. Fighting to get the Coalition back does not need this terrible phrase.

A coup must be hostile, this is simply a way for an overwhelming majority of citizens to reject a government system. I will consider removing it. Above all else, I hope to be a decent person.

Well, one final question with regards to 3.1.10: What is the goal of your party?

If you want to preserve the coalition, don't make it legal to dissolve it. And every official works for their own political future. It just so happens that every official also works for the people, too. Or at least some.

They should primarily work for the people because if they do those same people will elect them later because of what they did. Above all else, I hope to be a decent person.

On 4.1.5, what is the purpose of a permanent justice if they serve a year one year term?
On 5.7, could there be a scenario in which instead of giving the position to a CSS member, have the Delegate serve as acting? Would that work out? -Griffindor/Ebonhand
