It's not really established fact that Tsu didn't know. He may have simply not remembered. I barely remember the conversations about creating the forum. That's because, beyond installing them, there's no actual connection between Selene and Tsu and me. If you asked me when they were created, I'd have to go look at the forums for the date.

It's very unlikely I would agree to create a secret forum without Tsu's knowledge or permission, especially when he could easily find out about it by logging into FTP. If a couple of you are intent on creating some kind of scandal out of it, I'll go searching through my IRC logs.

Tsu has made it very clear that he has no knowledge of that forum's existence, and even if he did then there's still the pressing questions of why the Cabinet wasn't informed. The forum is for TSP, not for the admin team to use however they wish.

It's up to Tsu whether or not we host anything on this server. So I'm closing this thread, and he can reopen it when he can take time out of his busy schedule IRL to deal with it.

I'm reopening this, but tbh I don't have a lot to add.

I knew about the region — although the name didn't ring a bell when I was approached about the forums — and I may have given permission to host the forums. I honestly don't remember either way.

I'll post more when I can do my due diligence of talking to the people I need to talk to.
