I think he's just trying to state that it's the same player but a different character. He's separating the two.
Granted, in a very cagey and annoying way.

There's a difference between acting as a different character, and lying about your identity. Either way, what he said about Henn not visiting TSP is just incorrect, since that name, and variants of it, are in use in various TSP-related IRC channels.

TSP's forums are hosted on a private server owned by Tsunamy and managed by myself. A sliver of server space is used to host these forums, while the bulk of what Tsu will be paying for eventually is sitting empty. (Tsu will not be spending any money until the $100 credit on the account is depleted.)

Selene is a roleplaying community consisting almost entirely of TSP players. So an additional small sliver of space was allotted to host their forums. It makes sense to help out our own.

There has always been more than just TSP's forums on server, and on the last server we used. (Presumably that applies to Hileville's as well.) For instance, the last server held files not directly related to TSP for sharing purposes. Our current server hosts various scripting projects that are NS-related by not affiliated with TSP, either.

We have a lot of space, and it doesn't make much sense paying for a server that's 98% empty. If we can help other communities, why not? There have been talks before about helping out fledgling UCRs by hosting their forums, as a way to increase TSP's influence abroad. Selene isn't part of that, but I say that to show it's an idea that has been floated around.

Nothing was done in secret, or hidden in any way. There's never been an understanding that the Assembly must approve of every file hosted on the server. And there shouldn't be-- this server is owned by Tsu. It's up to him what goes on it. The Assembly isn't paying for anything. If Tsu doesn't want Selene's forums to be hosted on his server, then they won't be.

However, making some kind of political witch hunt about this is ridiculous. Selene's forums don't impact you. There is no good reason to cause controversy where none exist.

How is this even a problem? I see this as fine.

Its wrong to speculate without the entire picture. Plus the address is not TSP's. After all, ours is tspforums.xyz . Theirs is selene.tspforums.xyz . We are claiming the link, not the server. No matter how similar this link is, its not the same.

I'll finally do it!

It's my pet project. I wanted something away from the bullshit of gameplay and TSP politics. I thought I could have it without those that are determined to fuck things up fucking that up.

I guess I was wrong.

Except, and this is the very important part; Tsu had no knowledge of this forums existence. The Discord Chat Admin team discovered the existence of this UCR forum last Tuesday, and have been delaying disclosing this information whilst he investigated.

No one who should have been required to approve use of TSP's server - The Root Admin who owns said server, the Delegate of the region (the same person in this case), the Cabinet - were informed of it's existence. It appears, based upon what we know, that Glen and Kris set this up behind the back of Tsu and the government.

I find it highly disconcerting that members of the admin team are using TSP's server for their private projects, without informing either the government or root admin.

The claim that this was not done in secret is simply false, as no one who should have been informed - and should have needed to approve it - was informed.
