Citizenship was the old name for what is now called legislator status. Now, citizenship just means that you have a nation in the three South Pacific, I believe, but some threads haven't been updated and still refer to citizen when they mean legislator.

Cleaning things like that up will need to be part of my term goals, too, I guess.
