Okay can someone please post the proposal that has been motioned and sixthed just so I know exactly what we would be voting on.
Above all else, I hope to be a decent person.
Has Been What's Next? CoA: August 2016-January 2017
Minister of Foreign Affairs: October 2019-June 2020, October 2020- February 2021
Quote:7. The Minister of Foreign Affairs holds the sole power to initiate treaty negotiations with other regions, groups, and organizations, but may designate officers to handle those negotiations. Upon completion of a treaty negotiation, the Minister must present it to the full executive for majority approval, before submitting it to the Assembly for ratification. I would like to motion these simple changes to vote. It spells out the required threshold for the Cabinet's decision, which is the same as for signing a treaty in the first place. It also makes it abundantly clear that the treaty is dissolved officially after the discussion period.
I would like to urge that there be a clause mandating a 5 day debate period and 3 day voting period to dissolve a treaty when treaty dissolution is considered from our end.
This isn't a proposal for voting. It's the opposite.

So remind me again, the point in voying down both bills was so that we could vote on the same bills again? That wasn't a waste of time and a complete drama because?

No, it was because the Awe/Tsu amendment had major issues with it - notice the complete rewriting Glen has done - that made a trip to the court inevitable.
