Discussion seems to have run dry on this. I motion to vote on Option One B, assuming no one has any further objections. In the interest of full disclosure, I should also add that I added the word 'will' to the final clause of the option, just to improve the grammar and flow. It doesn't actually change the meaning of the sentence.

I'm not necessarily opposed to the amendment but I hate the wording, and will vote against for that reason. Feels too wordy and has some redundant parts such as referencing the exclusion of abstentions twice.
That's fair enough. I chose the wording so as to leave nothing to chance, since ambiguity seems to have been the single biggest cause of controversy since I joined.

Nothing really; the only change is that the block vote will be rounded to the nearest whole number. It's largely procedural, clarifying the language.
