So, we did a regional address right about the middle of this term, and with Cabinet Elections approaching in October, I'd like to do one more before the end of term.

This time I'd like less about what you are doing this term (although still some),and more of your personal opinion on the term, what you expected vs. what actually happened, and what your plans are for the future of your position.
